Where do we ship to?

Everywhere and Anywhere.  If your location is not listed, please get in touch and we will happily rectify this.

 

How long will delivery take?

I aim to dispatch orders within a 1-2 working days.  However as I am a one woman band, sometimes this may be slightly longer depending on how many orders I have.

If you need your order very urgently, please do contact me first to confirm I can send it on time.

 

Are all Planners personalised?

It is usually possible to personalise any planner cover, please get in touch with which one you would like and I let you know if this is possible.

 

My favourite quote is not listed, how can I get it?

No problem, please contact us and we will happily look at adding your quote to our listings.

 

Returns & Cancellations.

If you would like to return your item, please contact us in advance to discuss.  Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Personalised orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and cannot be returned unless faulty.
